Voice Mail messages that have not been read, saved or deleted are stored in your Voice Mail New Messages Mailbox. These may include new messages, as well as those you have already listened to.
Voice Mail messages are not automatically removed from your New Messages page after you listen to them; they remain until you move to save or delete them.
To display new messages:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click New Messages. Your New Message Mailbox will appear, showing your caller’s name, telephone number, and the time and duration of the call.
- You can then handle the messages in a variety of ways. (See: Listening to Voice Mail Messages, Moving to Saved Voice Mail Messages, Deleting Voice Mail Messages, Forwarding Voice Mail Messages).
To display saved messages:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, and under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Saved Messages. Your Saved Message Mailbox will appear, showing your caller’s name, telephone number, and the time and duration of the call.
- You can then handle the messages in a variety of ways. (See Listening to Voice Mail Message, Deleting Voice Mail Messages, Forwarding Voice Mail Messages.)
Keep track of your Messages
Your Frontier Call Manager Integrated Voice Mail Mailbox holds 50 messages at a maximum length of 1 minute each.
- If your mailbox reaches 95% capacity, the following message will appear across the top of the Voice Mail New Messages page. ]
Your Mailbox is almost full. Please delete some messages to ensure that new incoming messages are not blocked.
- If your mailbox is 100% full, the following message will appear across the top of the Voice Mail New Messages page.
Your mailbox is full. Please delete some messages in order to receive new incoming messages.
