To return a call from your Voice Mail Mailbox:

1. Position your home phone near your computer.
2. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, and click New Messages or Saved Messages. Your Message Mailbox will appear. Find the message you want to respond to.
3. Click the telephone number of that entry.

When your home phone rings, pick it up, and you will hear ringing. You will be connected to the number you selected.
