You can customize your Frontier Call Manager Voice Mail so that it is presented to you the way you like it. You can
- Specify how you want to prioritize your messages.
- Have your messages forwarded to an e-mail address.
Sorting Your Messages
You can prioritize your messages any way you like. You can listen to your newest messages first, listen to urgent messages first, or listen to unheard messages first.
To listen to your newest messages first:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Options. The Options window will appear.
- Click to check the box to the right of Listen New Messages First.
- Click Submit. You will hear your newest Voice Mail messages prior to any others.
To listen to priority messages first:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Options. The Options window will appear.
- Click to check the box to the right of Listen Priority Messages First.
- Click Submit. You will now hear your Voice Mail messages tagged as "urgent" before to any others.
To listen to unheard messages first:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Options. The Options window will appear.
- Click to check the box to the right of Listen Unheard Messages First.
- Click Submit. You will hear your unheard Voice Mail messages prior to any others
