You can listen to Voice Mail messages on your computer system using the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard.

To listen to a message:

1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click New Messages or Saved Messages.
2. Your Message Mailbox will appear. Find the message you want to hear.
3. Click the Play to Speaker icon to the right of the message and the Voice Mail Player will appear. This will allow you to hear the message on your computer’s speakers and to control the playback options.
