You can forward a new Voice Mail message to an e-mail address. (Saved Messages can’t be forwarded.)
To forward a new Voice Mail message to E-mail:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click New Messages.
- Your Message Mailbox will appear. Find the Voice Mail message you want to forward.
- Click the Forward to E-mail icon in the Functions column.
- When the Forwarding window appears, enter the e-mail address to which you would like to forward the Voice Mail message.
- Click Forward at the bottom of the window to send the Voice Mail.
- The Voice Mail New Messages window will appear with the following message at the top: “Voice Mail successfully forwarded.”
