  Forwarding Messages to E-mail  


You can forward a new Voice Mail message to an e-mail address. (Saved Messages can’t be forwarded.)
To forward a new Voice Mail message to E-mail:

  1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click New Messages.
  2. Your Message Mailbox will appear. Find the Voice Mail message you want to forward.
  3. Click the Forward to E-mail icon in the Functions column.
  4. When the Forwarding window appears, enter the e-mail address to which you would like to forward the Voice Mail message.
  5. Click Forward at the bottom of the window to send the Voice Mail.
  6. The Voice Mail New Messages window will appear with the following message at the top: “Voice Mail successfully forwarded.”
