You can opt to forward a copy of your Voice Mail messages to an e-mail address.
To enable E-mail Forwarding:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Options. The Options window will appear.
- Click to check the box to the right of Enable E-mail Forwarding. This will enable the automatic forwarding of new Voice Mail messages to an e-mail address that you specify.
- In the E-mail Address field, enter the e-mail address to which you would like your new Voice Mail messages to be automatically forwarded.
