  Enable E-mail Forwarding  


You can opt to forward a copy of your Voice Mail messages to an e-mail address.

To enable E-mail Forwarding:

  1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Options. The Options window will appear.
  2. Click to check the box to the right of Enable E-mail Forwarding. This will enable the automatic forwarding of new Voice Mail messages to an e-mail address that you specify.
  3. In the E-mail Address field, enter the e-mail address to which you would like your new Voice Mail messages to be automatically forwarded.
