To delete a Voice Mail message:

1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Voice Mail on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click New Messages or Saved Messages.
2. Your Message Mailbox will appear. Find the Voice Mail message you want to delete.
3. Click to check the Select box to the right of the entry.
4. Repeat for as many messages as you want to delete.
5. Click Delete at the bottom of the Message Mailbox window.
6. The messages should be removed.
