  Changing the Voice Mail Password  

You might wish to change your Dashboard Call Acceptance password from either:

  • The default password assigned to you when you became a Frontier Call Manager customer or
  • A password that has been compromised (someone figured it out, you had to tell someone so he or she could retrieve information for you, etc.)

To change your Voice Mail password:

  1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, and under Preferences in the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Voice Mail Password.
  2. When the Voice Mail Password window appears, enter the old password in the Current Password field.
  3. Enter the new password in the New Password text box. It must be composed of the numerals 0 -- 9
  4. Enter the new password in the Confirm Password text box.
  5. Click Submit at the bottom of the screen. Your password will be changed.
