You might wish to change your Dashboard Call Acceptance password from either:
- The default password assigned to you when you became a Frontier Call Manager customer or
- A password that has been compromised (someone figured it out, you had to tell someone so he or she could retrieve information for you, etc.)
To change your Voice Mail password:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, and under Preferences in the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Voice Mail Password.
- When the Voice Mail Password window appears, enter the old password in the Current Password field.
- Enter the new password in the New Password text box. It must be composed of the numerals 0 -- 9
- Enter the new password in the Confirm Password text box.
- Click Submit at the bottom of the screen. Your password will be changed.
