  Modifying Your Profile Settings  

Make the Dashboard look and work the way you want it to with just a few clicks.

Home Page - You can choose which Frontier Call Manager function the Dashboard displays on startup.

Rows per Page – You can choose how many rows you wish to display per page.

Click to Call – You can enable and disable this function, which allows you to dial any phone numbers that you see listed in the Dashboard by just clicking on them. (You must be near your home phone to use Click to Call, so you might want to disable it at times when you will not be near your home phone to prevent dialing a number and not being able to pick up the handset).


To select your Dashboard Home Page:

  1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, and under Preferences in the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Profile.
  2. When the Profile window appears, select a Dashboard function from the drop-down menu that will be your Dashboard Home Page. You may choose from Voice Mail, Call Log, Call Treatment, Directory or Default.
  3. Click Submit at the bottom of the screen.

To specify the number of rows per page will appear on your screen:

  1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, and under Preferences in the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Profile.
  2. When the Profile window appears, specify the number of rows you would like display on your screen.
  3. Click Submit at the bottom of the screen.

To enable or disable Click to Call:

  1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, and under Preferences in the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Profile.
  2. When the Profile window appears, click to check the box next to Click to Call (to enable it) or to remove the check (disable it).
  3. Click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
