You can add a number from the Call Log to your Frontier Call Manager Personal Directory. You can also update Directory entries or add alternate numbers to existing entries,

To add an entry to your Personal Directory from your Call Log:

1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Call Management on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Call Log.
2. The Call Logs window will appear. Find the entry you want to add to your Personal Directory.
3. Click the Options icon to the right of that entry. The Options window will appear. Note that the Name and Phone Number fields will be automatically filled in under each option.
4. To add the number to your Personal Directory, click the desired Phone Number Type and click Add to Personal Directory at the bottom of the box.
5. The Personal>Add window will appear. Edit the entrees as needed. Click Add.
6. The Personal Directory window will appear with the new directory listing added.

To update an existing entry in your Personal Directory from your Call Log:

1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer and, under Call Management on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Call Log. Your Call Log will appear. Find the entry you want to update in your Directory.
2. Click the Options icon to the right of that entry. The Options window will appear. Note that the Name and Phone Number fields will be automatically filled in under each option.
3. In the Update a Personal Directory Record box, find the Search by field and select either First Name or Last name.
4. Enter the name of the person you want to search for and click the Go button to the right of the name.
5. If multiple choices are returned, select the entry you want to update by clicking to put a dot into the circle next to it.
6. Select the Phone Number Type for this phone number.
7. Click Update Personal Directory button at the bottom of the box.
8. The Personal>Edit window will appear. Edit entrees as needed. Click Save.
