  Call Transfer Jump Codes  
The Dashboard offers a handy chart of these Jump Codes. They are:
  • **V(**8) = Voice Mail
  • # = Cancel
  • ***XXX-XXX-XXXX = Jump to Number
  • **H(**4) = Home Phone
  • **C(**2) = Cellular Phone

To locate the Call Transfer Jump Code chart:

  • Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, and under Call Management on the Dashboard Navigation panel, and click Call Transfer Options.
  • The Call Transfer Options window will appear with a chart of Jump Codes.
