It’s easy to delete entries from your Frontier Call Manager Directory. You can even delete multiple entries at once, just by selecting several entries at a time.
To delete a Directory entry:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, and under Directory on the Dashboard Navigation panel, click Personal.
- When your Directory window appears, under the Select column at the far right, click to check the box or boxes for the entries you wish to delete.
- Click Delete to remove the entries.
Note: Be careful. Deletions take effect immediately. There is no confirmation dialog asking if you really want to delete the entries and there is no undo.
