Frontier Call Manager Dashboard Navigation Tabs
When you have logged in to the Dashboard, you’ll see the Dashboard Navigation panel on the lefthand side of your screen. The function controls in the Dashboard Navigation panel will let you use or customize various Dashboard functions.
The main window –your home page -- will default to Voice Mail > New Messages but you may change this to make any Frontier Call Manager Dashboard function your home page (such as Personal Directory or Call Management Log). See Preferences > Profile.
Below is a summary of the Frontier Call Manager functions you’ll find on the Dashboard Navigation panel:
Directory
The Personal Directory provides a central reference point for all your important telephone numbers.
You can point and click to place calls from the Directory. You can also import an existing telephone directory from a PC, cell phone or other handheld device.
Voice Mail
The New and Saved Messages function allows you to play, forward, save or delete Voice Mail messages or return calls.
The Notify Me function enables you to choose from a menu of Voice Mail notification methods.
The Options function allows you to activate E-mail Forwarding of all your new voice mail messages to an e-mail address.
The Options function also lets you specify how you want to listen to your voice mail messages (newest messages first, priority messages first, unheard messages first).
Call Management
The Call Logs function allows you to view and manage all your Frontier Call Manager calls.
The Call Transfer Options function displays function keys that let you jump from your home phone to your cell or vice versa while a call is in progress.
Advanced Features
The Find-Me List function allows you to specify how you want the system to find you when you get a call. You can view your Frontier Call Manager Default Find-Me List (in which the system “finds” you by simultaneous ringing to your home and cell), as well as create new Find-Me Lists and set call acceptance type that you prefer. You can name your new Find-Me Lists and choose simultaneous or sequential ringing.
The Call Treatment function enables you to activate your Find-Me Lists and apply up to 3 specific time and day routing scenarios. You can also have your calls forwarded directly to Voice Mail, bypassing both phones.
Preferences
The Preferences function allows you to customize your Frontier Call Manager account just the way you like it.
Create personal Passwords for the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard/Call Acceptance and for your Voice Mail access.
The Profile function lets you personalize your Dashboard screen by selecting the Frontier Call Manager function that will serve as your Dashboard Home Page, as well as the number of rows to display on the screen.
You can also enable Click to Call capability.
