If you wish, you may specify times when all calls are forwarded to your Frontier Call Manager Voice Mail, bypassing both phones.
- To enable Voice Mail Forwarding and set Time-and-Day scenarios for them:
- Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, under Advanced Features on the Dashboard Navigation panel, and click Call Treatment.
- The Call Treatment window will appear. In the Functions column, click the Edit icon.
- The Call Treatment> Edit window will appear. Go to the Time of Day Action 1 menu and select Forward to Voice Mail. An expanded window will appear. Enter the time of day and day(s) of the week on which you want Voice Mail forwarding to be in effect, using military time.
- If you wish to implement a second time-and-day scenario for Voice Mail, go to the Time of Day Action 2 menu and select Forward to Voice Mail. An expanded window will appear. Enter the time of day and day(s) of the week on which you want Voice Mail forwarding to be in effect, using military time.
- To implement a third time-and-day scenario for Voice Mail, go to the Time of Day Action 3 menu and repeat step 4.
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
Note: You can mix and match your Time of Day Action scenarios, using both Find-Me Lists and Voice Mail Forwarding. In each Time of Day Action drop-down menu, select either Find-Me or Forward to Voice Mail, as appropriate. You can also set default action to a find-Me List or Forward to voice mail.
NOTE: If you select overlapping times for any of the three Time of Action scenarios, the system will follow the first one chosen. No error message will appear.
