  Enabling Find-Me Lists and Setting Time and Day Scenarios for Them  

Once you have created one or more Find-Me lists, you can use them by specifying them as a Call Treatment for your phone.

To enable Find-Me lists and set Time-and–Day scenarios for them:

  1. Access the Frontier Call Manager Dashboard on your computer, under Advanced Features on the Dashboard Navigation panel, and click Call Treatment.
  2. The Call Treatment window will appear. In the Functions column, click the Edit icon.
  3. The Call Treatment> Edit window will appear.
  4. Go to the Time of Day Action 1 menu and select Find-Me.
  5. An expanded window will appear. In the Find-Me List Name drop-down menu, select the Find-Me List you want to enable.
  6. Enter the time of day and day(s) of the week on which you want this list to be in effect, using military time.
  7. If you only want to enable one Find-Me List, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
  8. If you want to enable another Find-Me List, go to the Time of Day Action 2 menu and select Find-Me. Repeat steps 5 and 6.
  9. You may repeat this procedure for a third Find-Me List if you wish. Go to the Time of Day Action 3 menu, select Find-Me and repeat steps 5 and 6.
  10. Click Save at the bottom of the screen when you are done.
Note: When no Call Treatments are in effect, the drop-down menus on the Call Treatment > Edit window will say Disabled. Just click the menu to choose another selection.
