The Find-Me feature allows a caller to reach you at either of your designated phone numbers (home or cell).
Frontier Call Manager has set up your Default Find-Me List, which calls your home and cell phone simultaneously. If you do not pick up at either number, the call will be transferred to your Frontier Call Manager Voice Mail.
You can set up additional Find-Me Lists to forward calls to your cell phone number only, your home number only or both with sequential ringing. It’s all up to you.
The Frontier Call Manager Dashboard allows you to have up to nine Find-Me lists and each list can contain one or both of your home or cell phone numbers.
When you activate this function, you will create a Find-Me Lists page, which will show all your Find-Me Lists in a single chart.
The entry for each Find-Me List gives the following information:
- Name: Gives the name of your Find-Me List. (You can number them or name them for the days of the week when they are in effect, or whatever you choose.)
- Strategy: Notes whether calls will be handled with sequential or simultaneous rings.
- Caller ID: Tells whether caller’s Caller ID or your own will be displayed. (Your own will let you know it’s a Frontier Call Manager call.)
- Function: Allows you to modify a Find-Me list when you click on the Edit icon.
- Select: Allows you to click to delete a Find-Me list.
